This tour is recommended for athletic or experienced kayakers who want to see everything Kailua has to offer, including the sea-bird sanctuaries and Lanikai's picturesque white-sand beach. Transport kayaks to water

Kayak to the Mokulua Islands

Kayak through sea turtle feeding grounds as you navigate 2.5 mile out to the coral reef sanctuary.

Island Eco Tour

Guided Walk around the seabird sanctuary: Discover nesting seabirds, native plant species, geological marvels, and learn about local history in this interactive tour.

Lunch and Mokulua Beach Time

Eat, snorkel, kayak surf, or soak in the sun: Enjoy sandwiches (veggie, vegan, gluten-free available if specified beforehand). Then, snorkel, kayak surf, or soak in the sun and views at this special spot.

Return Kayak

Enjoy the tradewinds express: Kayak back and wheel kayaks back to our shop. Enjoy showers and changing rooms. Then debrief with your guide.

We have a full service water sports shop with everything you might need for your trip.

• All participants must be able to swim.

• Kayaking is a physical activity that does require a moderate level of fitness.

• Kayaks must also be transported via cart to the beach (5-10 min walk). ALL KAYAKS MUST BE TRANSPORTED BY THE CUSTOMER TO THE BEACH. THIS IS THE LAW SO PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS REQUIRMENT.

• Minumum Age 13 to join our group tours. Under 13 can join a private-group tour.

• Ages 13-16 must ride in a double kayak with a parent or guardian.

• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Outside of 48 Hours of your Activity:

•Cancellations are eligible for a 100% refund.

•Reschedule for free. Rental Cancellation Policy

•Tours may be rescheduled unlimited times.

Within 48 Hours of your Activity:

•Cancellations will incur a full charge or a $25/Person fee to reschedule (unless you have purchased Trip Protection.)

•Tours may be rescheduled unlimited times at the $25 fee each time but will no longer be eligible for refunds.
